Mason Awtry is a business innovator and entrepreneur with over 20 years experience developing successful enterprises. Mason runs Rightsize Facility Performance, a Chicago leader in pre-owned, new and remanufactured office furniture and eco-friendly facility decommissioning. His 3PL company, MAC Logistics serves the move, add & change needs of Chicago businesses. As an avid investor, Mason develops commercial real estate properties thorough his firm, Rolam Equities.

Mason Awtry's success in sustainable office practices inspired his 2004 launch of Rightsize Facility Performance. The company specializes in liquidating office furnishings, selling them as-is or refurbishing them, and reselling them at a fraction of the original price. Rightsize is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and helps customers achieve the coveted LEED certification for environmentally friendly facilities.

Recent Highlights:

• - Opened a 115,000 sq. ft. distribution center,with 6,500 pallet positions and increased remanufacturing capabilities.
• - Refinished our 85,000 sq. ft. showroom. We have over $2M in inventory ready to deliver nationwide.
• - Built new showroom offices to house our ever-expanding sales and design teams.
• - Increased our liquidation capacity. More liquidations mean a larger selection of pre-owned workstations, desks, files, seats, and conference tables.
• - Launched ChicagoCommercialStorage.com and allotted 3,500 pallet positions in our warehouse to meet our clients’commercial storage needs.
