Pre-Owned Product Grades

We put all of our inbound inventory through a thorough inspection, which allows us to separate our product into three tiers based on the quality and condition of the item. Please contact a sales representative for more information!

A-Grade: Our A-Grade inventory is in great condition. You may find some very minor scratches or blemishes but they will not be immediately noticeable. You will save a lot of money on some excellent product.

B-Grade: Our B-Grade inventory is in good condition. You will find some scratches, blemishes or tears in fabric but these will be minor and the price will reflect this. There will be no structural damage with the furniture.

C-Grade: Our C-Grade inventory is in OK condition, usually having some aesthetic flaw or malfunction, but the quality is still far away from trash consideration. You will not find much C-Grade product in our showroom, but this is an opportunity for someone who really wants to save big.

What is Premium Pre-Owned?

This tier designates our top brands and models of task chairs.

Premium preowned chairs come with a 3-year warranty. Depending on the chair and its condition, they get new casters, arm pads, and cylinders. The paint of the base and the frame has been touched up. And like all of our chairs, it has been professionally cleaned and has passed a multi-point inspection guaranteeing all ergonomic functions are in excellent working order.

What is Renewed?

Renewed Chairs: renewed chairs get get same treatment as premium pre-owned chairs plus they have been reupholstered with new fabric and come with a 12-year warranty.

Renewed Workstations: renewed workstations have new fabric, freshly painted trim, and if needed, new laminate surfaces.
