After recently celebrating her eight-year anniversary, Office Furniture Center teammate Jeanine Raddatz has advanced to the new dual role of Sales and Marketing Manager. Jeanine started with the company as a Sales Representative and has lead sales operations and product marketing efforts in the past. This new role combines her experience, strengths, and passion for office furniture.
In the years she’s dedicated to OFC, she’s found that the biggest challenge of the pre-owned furniture business is supply and demand. What’s her technique for staying ahead of the curve? By establishing a “Smarketing Strategy,†in which she entwines the enterprises of both the sales and marketing teams and ensures their success by communicating their individual campaigns and building upon shared goals. Jeanine says, “You have to have the knowledge of your supply chain and the creativity to match the need to it.â€
Jeanine sees constant growth as a positive for the company, herself, and her teams. As she’s grown with OFC, so has her managing style, “Someone taught me that the best way to run a team is to ensure absolute synergy. Develop them and watch them work together to reach a common goal.†One of her dreams is to start a mentoring program at OFC, so that new employees have a seasoned, go-to person for questions and advice.
Her vision for her team extends to increasing Office Furniture Center’s market by developing them to their highest potential and educating OFC customers on the value of our attractive, economical, and immediate office furniture offerings.
Jeanine's biggest drive that pushes her toward success is family, so we look forward to watching her grow more each year with the Office Furniture Center family.
