- If the length of your office furniture lease is less than 4 weeks (1 month), than 100% of the value of the rental is due up front.
- If the length of your office chair rental is more than 1 month, than 2 months (first & last) is due up front, with the rest being billed monthly for the remainder of the rental term.
- Delivery and installation charges are due upon delivery of furniture. Removal and return charges are due at the time of pick-up.
When your office desks for rental or other furniture pieces are picked up or returned, the condition will be inspected. We accept reasonable wear and tear across the length of the rental. If any piece is returned and deemed to be unsellable by our staff, the customer will be responsible for paying either (a) the remaining value of the item up to its full retail value, or (b) the cost to repair or reupholster the product, whichever value is smaller.
You can purchase RENTERS INSURANCE at the time of purchase. For an additional 10% of the rental fee (not including delivery, installation, removal or return) all items from your rental will be received at no additional cost to you. Ask your sales rep for more information!
