Our Mission
Office Furniture Center has been committed to sustainable practices and business principles for over 15 years. Our belief is that being environmentally responsible is good for both the planet and for business. We believe that environmental stewardship is a responsibility that we all share. As part of the circular economy, we acquire premium pre-owned office furniture from across the country and give them a new lease on life through refurbishment, reconditioning, and repurposing.

At Office Furniture Center, we take sustainability seriously. Every year, we divert more than 300 tons of materials from landfills by recycling and repurposing assets. Through our dedication to eco-friendly practices, we have saved enough energy to power 12 homes annually, power 200 computers every year, and drive an electric car for 439,333 hours. The intent of the LEED Certification program is to encourage the adaptive reuse and optimization of products and materials. LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design is the most widely used green building rating system in the world. To earn, simply outfit your workspace with pre-owned, salvaged, or refurbished furniture. If over 30% of the total furnishing cost is spent on the adaptive reuse of products, you are eligible for LEED Certification Points.
